By all accounts, this year's banquet was unlike any before it — event organizers noted it was the largest attendance in the commission's history. The evening was dedicated to honoring first responders, community heroes, and the organizations that stand behind them.

We had the honor and privilege of attending and being a table sponsor of the Wichita Metro Crime Commission annual banquet last night. It was a dedicated night of honoring First Responders, Heroes, and people dedicated to supporting them as well. It was our first attendance, and definitely will not be our last. The future looks bright in supporting this organization and those that they serve. Serve those that serve.

A Track Record Worth Celebrating
The Wichita Metro Crime Commission doesn't just host events — it drives results. Since the formation of the Property Crimes Task Force in 2024, law enforcement has recovered over $7,500,000 in stolen property. That's the kind of impact that deserves a room full of recognition.
A Major Announcement
The evening also brought exciting news for Wichita's law enforcement community. The Wichita Metro Crime Commission announced plans to build a Health and Wellness Center for local law enforcement officers — a joint effort led by WCCC, Wichita's top three agencies, and Wichita State University.
This initiative represents a meaningful step forward in supporting the mental and physical well-being of the men and women who protect the Wichita community every day.
