We're honored to introduce Todd A. Godfrey — a dynamic leader whose career spans public safety, entrepreneurship, and strategic business development. Todd brings more than 25 years of experience to the Grow Together Initiative, and we're proud to welcome him to our Board of Directors.
A Foundation Built on Service
A U.S. Army veteran and retired Detective Sergeant, Todd built his foundation on operational discipline, risk management, and strategic problem solving. After retiring from law enforcement, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and went on to lead and scale successful ventures in construction, real estate, retail, transportation, and personal services.
Entrepreneurial Excellence
In 2010, Todd opened a state-of-the-art indoor shooting range that earned Junction City's Business of the Year. He later developed one of Kansas's most awarded tattoo studios, a standout barbershop known for its strong brand identity, and became the number one First Tactical dealer in the United States, outperforming more than 750 retail partners.
