Grow Together Initiative is proud to welcome Manny Neale to its Youth Advisory Committee. Manny is a driven student-athlete and Engineering major whose dedication to personal growth and community impact embodies the values at the heart of GTI's mission.

Built Through Competition

Manny's story is one of relentless forward motion. He began his collegiate athletic career as a Division III football player, earning his place through discipline and hard work. But Manny wasn't content to stay comfortable. He made the strategic decision to pursue the junior college pathway, positioning himself to compete at the Division I level both athletically and academically.

That kind of move takes real courage — leaving a known environment, betting on yourself, and doing the work to prove you belong at the next level. It's the same mindset that GTI looks for in its youth leaders: people who don't wait for opportunity to find them.

Engineering Mindset, Athlete's Heart

As an Engineering major, Manny brings an analytical, problem-solving approach to everything he does. Balancing the demands of a rigorous academic program with the physical and mental commitment of competitive football isn't something most people can pull off. Manny does it with a consistency and work ethic that speaks for itself.

His teammates and coaches know him as someone who shows up early, stays late, and pushes everyone around him to be better. That energy is exactly what GTI's Youth Advisory Committee needs.

Manny represents the next generation of leaders we're building this organization for. His journey — from Division III to junior college, chasing Division I while studying engineering — is proof that investing in your own potential pays off. We're excited to have his voice on our Youth Advisory Committee.

As a Youth Advisor, Manny will bring a student-athlete's perspective to GTI's programs and outreach. His firsthand understanding of what it takes to compete at a high level — academically and athletically — makes him a natural mentor and role model for the young people GTI serves.
